• Contact form data: name, email address, phone number and the message content.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, stored in server logs and by Cloudflare.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Responding to inquiries sent via the form and handling correspondence — basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest).
• Ensuring the security and correct operation of the website — basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Data retention period

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and then until any claims become time-barred. Server logs are kept for the period resulting from the hosting configuration.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers supporting the website: the hosting provider, the email provider (Google / Gmail) and Cloudflare (protection and content delivery). Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, data portability and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
